For some reason it isn't registered on the Adobe site but I do have an account for some reason. I was just wondering if my serial number will be on there somewhere so I can reinstall it. I have all the Lightroom 5 files on my hard drive. I have my transaction details from my bank. I purchased it from a reputable dealer that is still listed on the Adobe website but I can not get a hold of them. I have looked everywhere but I can not find it anywhere. When I bought my new Macbook pro I went to install Lightroom 5 and it is asking me for my serial number. There you will be able to locate the serial number of the application.My Macbook Pro died that had Lightroom 5 on it, but my hard drive was retrieved from it. Manage account (where your name is displayed on the top right hand side of the screen) If it asks you for a serial number or you need to find it follow these steps:Ģ.
Install and Sign In with your adobe account. Or, return to this webpage later and reenter your code to see the download link again.ģ.
To get started, simply download/install the product, sign-in with your Adobe ID, and it will be ready to use. A serial number is not required at this time. It should come up with a message once its verified saying: You have successfully redeemed Lightroom 6. Follow the steps on the card and visit and input the product code on the back of the card. Couldn't find this information anywhere online so had to contact Tech Support and they walked me through this process:ġ.
